Here's a goodie that closed out the first issue of the GANGLAND miniseries and held the same spot in the collected edition (which, regrettably, appears to be out of print).
A fun, little crime story I wrote specifically with the very talented artist, Mark Chiarello, in mind. (The accompanying scans froma printed book don't due the art, especially the color, justice, but you get the idea)
I'm proud to say it was nominated for the Eisner's Best Short Story of the Year. Didn't win. Boo hoo.
